Fedorishyn & Partners, hereinafter referred to as “F&P”, respects the confidential information and personal data of any person who visits our website. On this page you can find information about what kind of data may be collected and how it may be used. You will also learn how you can verify the accuracy of the information collected and instruct us to delete such information. Data is collected, processed and used in strict accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine.
This policy does not apply to other websites that are accessed through hyperlinks posted on the F&P website.
2. Collection, use and processing of personal data
We collect information relating to individuals only for the purpose of processing and use, and only if you have voluntarily provided the information or have expressly consented to its use. When you visit our website, certain data is automatically recorded on F&P’s servers for system administration as well as for statistical or backup purposes. F&P may use your data to send you branded newsletters (weekly news, situational offers) and create individually customized audiences for advertising on Facebook. The data storage period in our Google Analytics account is 26 months. After the storage period expires, the data is automatically deleted.
Our website uses DoubleClick by Google. Google’s DoubleClick uses cookies to serve relevant advertisements to visitors to the website. A cookie ID is assigned to the user’s browser to register advertisements that have already been delivered to the respective browser. The DoubleClick cookie enables the websites of Google and its partners to serve ads based on the visitors who have visited this or other websites.
